Bed linen replacement
Our colleagues will change the bed linen in the hotel rooms after three nights in the hotel. On request, bed linen is changed daily for an extra charge. Please contact reception with your request.

Gift voucher
If you have paid in advance for your stay in the form of a gift voucher, please hand it in at the reception on the day of arrival. If you would like to purchase a gift voucher, please contact the hotel reception or visit the website for conditions and prices.

Á la carte restaurant
Our hotel restaurant is open every day from 12:00 (12 pm) to 22:00 (10 pm), serving a variety of seasonal dishes prepared to your taste.

Check-out

Air conditioning
Our hotel rooms and common areas are air-conditioned. The air conditioning in your room is individually controlled for your comfort and can be managed from the in-room app. Please keep the windows closed for efficient operation of the air conditioning. For information on how to operate it, see attachment 1.

Conference
Our hotel has rooms available for small conferences on request. Please contact our sales staff for information on organizing events.

Central safe
We have central safes for our guests in the reception area of our hotel.

Up-to-date news
Our guests can find up-to-date news on the television in their room and, on request, the reception staff will provide our guests with the current week's programs and news in either print or digital format.

Massage
You can find information about available massages and treatments in the brochures at the reception. Please contact our staff to make an appointment.

Escape route
In case of a fire, follow the escape route in your room and the instructions of our staff.

Minibar
Please note that products served in the minibar are charged according to consumption. The minibar is checked and refilled every day by our chambermaids during the daily cleaning. For prices and products that can be bought, please consult the price list ("Minibar price list") in the folder. Please tick any extra minibar requirements on the same price list and leave them on the table. Please settle your minibar bill at the reception on departure.

Laundry service
Place the laundry in the bag provided and note the amount of laundry on the laundry list. If you hand in your laundry to the room attendant before 9:00 (9 am) in the morning, it will be ready within 12 hours. Dry cleaning is done outside the hotel, so it will take at least 3 days, even if you drop it off before 9:00 (9 am). Express laundry surcharge 100%.

Parking
Guests of our hotel have the possibility to park in the underground car park of the building. The underground car park is monitored by a camera but not guarded. To ensure smooth parking, it is recommended to give your car registration number in advance or at the reception upon arrival.

Pillow menu
A complimentary service is available at the reception, where guests can request a package of 5 different types of pillows, which can be delivered to the room by the housekeeping. Guests can try out the different pillows during their stay and purchase them on departure. Please call reception between 08:00 (8 am) and 21:00 (9 pm).

Pool bar
During the summer, our Pool Bar is located on the hotel's outdoor poolside, offering a variety of refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The Pool Bar is open from 11:00 (11 am) - 18:00 (6 pm).

Additional bed
Due to their size, some rooms can accommodate extra beds. A limited number of these rooms are available. Please contact reception if you require one.

Radio
Radio service is available through the hotel room television.

Reception
The hotel's central reception is open 24/7. Guest Relation Manager assists the hotel guests in organizing various programs, ordering transfers. Our staff will be happy to assist you in booking spa treatments and other general information.

Breakfast
Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and can be enjoyed in our restaurant every day between 7.00 (7 am) and 10.00 (10 pm).

Breakfast cold package
For early departures, a cold package is available on request instead of breakfast. Please inform our reception desk by 20:00 (8 pm) the day before departure.

Event organization
Our hotel tries to assist you in every detail in the organization of your company events, conferences, trainings and meetings, so that the organization goes as smoothly as possible. You will find all the information you need on our website, but we are also available by phone and e-mail for any queries you may have.

Clothing
We kindly ask our guests to wear appropriate attire when visiting the restaurant and lobby area. Please refrain from wearing leisurewear and bathrobes.

Sports equipment hire
Bicycle and e-bike rental is available for our guests. Please inform the reception.

Saunas
Guests can enjoy the relaxing effects of various saunas in the wellness area of our hotel. You will find Finnish and infrared saunas, as well as a steam room. Please ask at reception for details.

The hotel room doors are opened with a chip card. The room door can be locked from the inside.

Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the rooms is done every day between 08.00 (8 am) - 16.00 (4 pm). If you would like cleaning at a different time, please let the reception know. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, and clean linen is available on request every day. If you require a change of towels, please drop them on the floor and they will be changed by the chambermaids during the daily cleaning.

Blankets, pillows
Extra duvets, blankets and pillows are available on request and can be requested at the reception or from the chambermaids.

Telephone calls can be made directly from the room telephone. Incoming calls will be connected to the desired room by the reception staff. Manual in several languages in the room.

Turndown Service
Our hotel's chambermaids will prepare your room for your night's rest each evening on request, including making the beds, closing the curtains and ensuring general cleanliness.

TV program guide and program selection
The TV channel guide is available on the TV set and the remote control is available on the TTX button on the remote control.

FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS

Allow us to inform you with some fire safety regulations:
  • The hotel rooms must be used only for their intended purpose.
  • No flammable or fire hazardous materials may be brought in.
  • The use of electric cooking and heating appliances in the room is prohibited.
  • The hotel is non-smoking.
  • Cigarette ash, matches may not be thrown into the garbage bin or combustible waste.
  • In case of fire or alarm, please leave the building according to the escape plan posted on the room door.
  • Please close the room windows before leaving.
  • In the event of fire, please always follow the instructions of the hotel security or staff.

If you notice a fire or any indication of fire, please contact the hotel reception immediately.
Our hotel is safe and fire-protected, but we would like to draw your attention to the following in case of room fire:
  • Call the reception and staff will assist you.
  • Please leave the hotel with your valuables as soon as possible.
  • The escape route is on the inside of the room door.
  • In case of fire, the lift cannot be used.

Dry Cleaning
This service can be provided within 9 hours, as long as your clothes are left at reception by 08:00 (8 am) on the current day. The service is not available at weekends. Please contact reception with any dry-cleaning requests or questions.
